TRUST EQUALS CHOICE
HHP
Attorneys-At-Law offers client-oriented, integrated advisory services.
Our clients are companies in many sectors of industry and commerce
and include transnational companies, large state-owned enterprises,
private-owned companies, foreign invested enterprises, listed companies
and private individuals who require professional support.
We play an active role in our client's businesses. We engage in not only settling
disputes and trouble shooting, but also in commercial decision-making, business
negations as well as protecting our clients from any legal risks. We use any
possible legal instrument to gain lawful interests, control losses or overcome
any crisis for our clients.
WE COMMIT TO QUALITY
From our clients' viewpoint,
service quality is paramount. We define quality as our conformance
to client-defined requirements. To ensure quality service, our
clients are encouraged to inquire into our quality management system
and what beneficial impacts can be expected from our services.
We always advise our clients as their business partner. To achieve this, anyone
who works for us must be an expert in the legal fields and industries that they
are responsible for. Our staff combines analytical ability with quick, effective
work habits. In order to guarantee quality, everything is double-checked. Every
opinion is the responsibility of two specialists in that area where at least
one is a partner.
GO FOR GROWTH, GO INTERNATIONAL
HHP Attorneys-At-Law selects
outstanding international and local talents. All our professionals
speak fluent Chinese and English with many also speaking Japanese,
German and French. Our aim is to help our clients wherever they
may need us while using the optimal language. What we are doing
now is creating a solid base of future growth in the increasingly
globalized Chinese economy.
With a vision of globalization, we have built-up close relationships with firms
from various countries. In particular, we entered into a Long-term Entrustment
Agreement with Haarmann Hemmelrath, a leading European multidisciplinary firm
with offices in Brussels , Bucharest , Budapest , London , Moscow , Paris , Prague
, Rome , Shanghai , Singapore , Tokyo , Vienna , Warsaw and nine German cities.
Our long-term entrustment with Haarmann Hemmelrath attracts challenging business
and allows us to share information and experience with professionals from other
countries.
AS A TEAM WE ARE STRONG
All of our partners are alumni
of prestigious Chinese law schools and have been practicing for
seven to ten years. Most have either studied law overseas or been
with leading international firms for a long time. Our partners
are not only experienced in Chinese legal issues, but are also
familiar with international practices.
We place a great deal of importance on our internal training, which covers legal
and accounting matters and business management. While promoting specialization
in a particular field, it also enables our members and employees to learn about
our firm's culture and how to work as a team. Our integrative approach makes
us more than just a group of partners acting in isolation.
We maintain close professional contacts with certified public accountants and
tax advisers. We also keep sound relationships with various administrative and
judicial agencies at different levels. These ensure that the solutions we offer
are workable and enforceable.
This also enables HHP Attorneys-At-Law to have the sufficient manpower and resources
to offer our client integrated solutions with the necessary details and standards
that conform to the time and fee schedule.
HOW WE BILL
We believe that fair fees must
generate a reasonable profit margin for the firm so that it can
remain in business and be ready to serve clients with well-trained,
experienced staff and the latest innovative approaches.
We calculate our fees on an hourly basis with the minimum chargeable unit of
a quarter hour. Our rates range from US$ 50 to US$ 200 depending on the seniority
of the professionals involved.
We are also prepared to work for value-based fees, e.g., litigation matters,
or work under retainer agreements.
