| After more than ten years of practice, Mr. Xu has acquired extensive experience in commercial litigations and arbitrations. He pays special emphasis on cases with big object or complex issues, particularly when they involve finance and securities, company restructuring, M&A and investment etc. The object of the commercial litigations and arbitrations he has represented for all exceeds RMB 50,000,000 and the cases are influential. For example, he has represented a famous multinational company in a lawsuit for settling the disputes arising from its widely noted real estate project in Shanghai involving billions of RMB, and has represented for a number of securities transaction litigations, corporate share and/or asset transfer litigations etc. whose object goes beyond one billion RMB. Besides, in the non-litigation field, Mr. Xu specializes in legal services for company restructuring, M&A, investment and financing etc. In terms of company restructuring, Mr. Xu has advised on share restructuring (including MBO, ESOP etc.), asset restructuring and debt restructuring etc. for many clients. The target of restructuring includes listed companies in addition to general enterprises. In terms of M&A, in addition to ordinary commercial transactions, Mr. Xu has also provided legal services in respect of hostile takeover. |
