Advising on different legal issues and claims arising during the construction phase.
Post-Construction Phase
Advising on the legal matters related to the final inspections and completion;
Advising on the quality warranty issues;
Advising on the application of the building ownership certificate;
Advising on possible dispute resolution with contractors or subcontractors.
