HHP Recognized in Lexpress 2025 Corporate & Commercial Legal Services Guide

HHP Attorneys-At-Law has been included in the Lexpress Premium Legal Services Brand Guide (2025): Corporate & Commercial Practice (East China). In the same guide, Yao Rao, Partner at HHP, was recognized as a Leading Lawyer in the corporate and commercial field.
The Guide was officially released during the Lexpress 2025 Corporate & Commercial Legal Services Development Forum held in Shanghai. HHP lawyers Roger Shuaijie Lu and Shihao Xiao attended the forum on behalf of the firm and engaged in discussions with corporate legal leaders, senior practitioners, and industry experts from across China on the evolving role of corporate and commercial legal services.

The recognition reflects HHP’s long-term focus on corporate, compliance, and cross-border legal work, as well as its consistent approach to supporting clients in increasingly complex regulatory and business environments.
As regulatory frameworks continue to evolve and cross-border operations become more interconnected, legal challenges are often less about individual transactions and more about maintaining alignment between governance structures, compliance expectations, and commercial objectives. From HHP’s perspective, effective legal support in this context requires not only technical accuracy, but also a practical understanding of how legal advice fits into the client’s broader decision-making process.

In cross-border matters, HHP works closely with international law firms as professional partners. Our role is to provide clear and reliable China-side legal coordination, grounded in a practical understanding of local regulation, client governance, and execution realities, while fully respecting and relying on the jurisdiction-specific expertise of overseas counsel.
HHP values long-term, transparent cooperation with international peers and looks forward to continuing collaboration on corporate, compliance, and cross-border matters.
