HHP Invited to Give Training at CZBank Chengdu Branch
On 29 Nov. 2017, HHP Attorneys-At-Law were invited to give a training for China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (“CZBank”) at Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. The theme of the training is Transaction Structure and Legal Analysis of Mergers and Acquisitions of Listed Companies.
The training was held at CZBank Chengdu Branch, with online video live broadcast. Key practitioners from Chengdu Branch, Liangshan Branch, Leshan Branch and Pixian Sub-branch, Jinniu Sub-branch, Tianfu Sub-branch and other sub branches participated in the training.
Mr. Jingdong Xu, Partner of HHP, is the speaker of this training. During the training, Mr. Xu explains the legal risks and compliance issues in the common transaction structure of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, and analyzes four latest cases in practice. The training also covers the rules of reduction, the rules of share transfer by the state-owned shareholders, rules of overseas investment by listed companies.
This training was successfully completed in the evening.
