HHP Invited to Give Training for SPD Bank

On July 16, 2018, HHP lawyers were invited by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to provide special training for the key practitioners and responsible personnel of relevant departments of Shanghai Branch. As a special session of Pujiang Lectures, the training was held with the theme “Disposal of Default Risk of Channel Business”.

Partner Jingdong Xu, as the key speaker of this training, took a recent example of a case regarding stock pledge financing, and explained the risk disposal measures for such cases from the perspective of the bank. Mr. Xu compared the pros and cons of each risk disposal measure, explained the points for attention thereof, and discussed the special situations that may arise at different stages during the risk disposal and analyzed the solutions accordingly.

Mr. Xu had a heated discussion with the attendees in the Q&A session. Based on the requirements of the guests, Mr. Xu further provided professional advice on the processing of the channel business.

The training ended successfully that evening.
