HHP assists Brenntag on the Regional Headquarters Recognition
Brenntag (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. has been recognized as the regional headquarters (for North Asia) of a multinational company upon the approval of Shanghai Commerce Commission and is entitled to the relevant preferential policies for regional headquarters.
HHP has provided Brenntag with specific legal services for its upgrading and regional headquarters recognition project. The lead counsels for this project is Mr. Yao RAO and Ms. Sijia ZHANG.
Brenntag Group is the leader in the global chemical distribution market and is consisting of Brenntag AG listed in the Prime Standard Segment at Frankfurt Stock Exchange and more than 200 affiliated entities all over the world under its control. Up to 31 December 2016, the total assets of Brenntag AG is approximately EUR 7.2 billion. In addition to this project, HHP also provides professional legal services to several entities under Brenntag Group for various projects.
