With professional legal support of HHP, DEFENDI China Co., Ltd. has been established on 17 May 2017.
Defendi, with the headquarters in Italy, is a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative and modern gas components for stoves. HHP has provided Defendi with specific legal services for the establishment and operation of its first foreign invested enterprise in China. The lead counsels for this project is Mr. Yao RAO and Ms. Sijia ZHANG.
