HHP Engaged by Haikou Municipal Government as Legal Adviso
Recently, HHP and Haikou Municipal Government successfully entered into a retainer agreement, according to which, HHP becomes the government legal advisor for the following year.
Haikou is the Capital of Hainan Province, the political, economic, technological and cultural center of Hainan province and the largest transportation hub. With the deepening of the reform, Haikou has developed rapidly in the aspects of innovation and economic system reform. HHP will provide Haikou Municipal Government with professional legal services in the areas of restructuring and reorganization of state-owned enterprises, operation and supervision of state-owned capital, local government financial reform and local debt financing, as well as legal argumentation on the governmental major decisions. HHP will also participate in the negotiation, drafting and review of major economic contract and municipal project, and assist the government in the legal risk control.
HHP has participated in a number of mergers and acquisitions, as well as infrastructure construction projects in Hainan Province, and provided legal services to Haikou Municipal Government, Haikou State Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. and received high recognition from relevant departments. .
