HHP Ranked in M&A and Banking in the latest IFLR 1000 Rankings
HHP Attorneys-At-Law is honored to announce that, after the recommendation by the inaugural edition of IFLR1000 China two months ago, the law firm was recommended in M&A and Banking and Finance in the latest ranking of IFLR 1000 Asia-Pacific 30’s Edition for the outstanding market performance. This ranking is based on statistical transactional evidence as well as large survey of positive feedback from peers and law firm clients. This year, a total of 46 law firms from China mainland are included in the 2021 edition of IFLR1000. It is the fourth time for HHP to be recommended by this legal directory. Meanwhile, HHP partner, Mr. Yao RAO, is also ranked as a Highly Regarded individual in M&A and the sectors of healthcare and mining.
The IFLR1000 is the guide to the world's leading financial and corporate law firms and lawyers. The first rankings were published in 1990 and they currently produce ranking tables for around 170 countries. IFLR1000 researches and ranks law firms and lawyers on the basis of transactional advice.
Alongside the firm rankings IFLR1000 also recognise the work of outstanding individuals. The recommendations are based on the same factors as the law firm rankings. The leading lawyers in the category of Highly Regarded are lawyers who are highly regarded by their peers and possess a strong transactional record and positive client feedback.
