HHP Selected as a Member of Fujian’s “Going Global” Professional Services Alliance
HHP Attorneys-at-Law has been selected as a member of the second batch of the “Fujian Enterprises Going Global” Professional Services Alliance launched by the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce, and is one of only six legal service institutions included in this round.
The alliance was established to integrate professional resources across legal, financial, tax, HR, supply chain, consulting and other sectors, with the aim of supporting Chinese enterprises in their international expansion and overseas operations.
As Chinese companies continue to expand globally, outbound business is increasingly moving beyond traditional trade and investment into long-term overseas operations, manufacturing localisation, supply-chain management, data compliance, workforce governance and cross-border risk management. This shift has significantly increased demand for integrated cross-border professional services.
HHP has long focused on cross-border investment, international transactions and overseas compliance matters, with extensive experience across sectors including renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure and digital technology. The firm regularly advises Chinese companies on outbound investment, M&A, overseas manufacturing projects, local operations and regulatory compliance across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, Latin America and Africa.
HHP is also the first mainland China member and the Shanghai member firm of Meritas, a global alliance of independent law firms covering more than 90 jurisdictions worldwide. Through this network, HHP is able to coordinate cross-border legal support for clients across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining centralised project management from China.
HHP is honoured to be recognised as part of the alliance and looks forward to continuing to support Chinese enterprises in their global expansion through practical and business-oriented cross-border legal services.
